Who is eligible?
The offer is for new customers and existing EDUCERT Free-plan organisations. It does not apply to existing paid-plan organisations. Use Activate free Starter to create an account or sign in, then complete workspace setup and confirm activation.
Can I activate free Starter now?
Yes. Select Activate free Starter, create an account or sign in, complete workspace setup and confirm activation. Starter is activated only after your organisation’s plan upgrade succeeds; clicking the button alone does not upgrade your plan.
How many certificates are included?
1,000 certificates in total from activation until 31 December 2026. This is not a monthly allowance or a full year of free access. Unused promotional certificates do not carry over into 2027.
Do I need a card? Will I be charged automatically?
No card is required, and there is no automatic subscription charge when the offer ends. A paid plan is your choice.
What features will I get?
Starter includes custom branding, up to three team members, certificate PDF generation and QR-based public verification. Bulk issuing is also included, as it is on all EDUCERT plans, including Free.
What happens to certificates I issue during the promotion?
Certificates issued during the promotion remain available after the offer ends. Returning to Free does not remove those issued certificates.
What happens on 1 January 2027?
Participating organisations return to Free and receive a fresh 100-certificate annual allowance. Bulk issuing remains available. You can choose to purchase a paid plan, with no automatic subscription charge.
Can I buy extra certificates during the offer?
Yes. Extra certificate bundles remain paid and are not included in the 100% subscription discount. Any promotional-period top-ups expire at year-end on 31 December 2026. Certificates already issued using those top-ups remain available.
Detailed offer terms
Know what’s included.
- Status and eligibility. This live offer is available to new customers and existing Free-plan organisations. Existing paid-plan organisations are not included. Complete account and workspace setup and explicitly confirm activation in the application. A CTA click or account signup alone does not activate the offer.
- Subscription discount and duration. The offer provides 100% off the Starter subscription cost from activation until 31 December 2026. It is not free access for a full year. No card is required.
- Promotional allowance. Each participating organisation receives 1,000 certificates for use from activation until year-end. The allowance is a total for the promotional period, not a monthly allocation. Unused promotional allowance expires on 31 December 2026.
- Included features. Starter provides custom branding, up to three team members, certificate PDF generation and QR-based public verification. Bulk issuing is standard on all EDUCERT plans and remains available on Free.
- Paid extras. Extra certificate bundles remain paid. The subscription discount does not discount or include additional bundles. Any top-ups purchased during the promotional period expire at year-end on 31 December 2026; unused top-up certificates do not carry over. Certificates issued during the promotion, including those issued using paid top-ups, remain available afterwards.
- After the offer. On 1 January 2027, participating organisations return to Free with a fresh 100-certificate annual allowance. Certificates issued during the promotion remain available. Organisations can choose to purchase a paid plan, but there is no automatic subscription charge.
